Open Arms is a good Samaritan ministry timeshare in the City of Coatesville where volunteers from area churches come together to share their resources with the community. Unlike any other organization, Open Arms provides a unique, positive social hub where the value of godly character to overcome lifestyle problems is presented. The mission has two parts, the Homefront and the Network.
The homefront is a storefront location where people can come off the street for help. The network is made up of a partnership of organizations (churches and other agencies) who have programs with a heart to be a Good Samaritan. The long range goal is to see individuals restored holistically, physically as well as spiritually in Christ. Church volunteers are encouraged to build relationships and to represent their church.
