College Without Walls

      The Institute for Leadership Education, Advancement, and Development, Inc.
(I-LEAD) is partnering with Harcum College and Life Transforming Ministries to bring an accredited college program to a new satellite campus in the city of Coatesville.

      This is not your average general college education! The 2-year Associate Degree in Leadership Development serves the educational needs of the Coatesville community by focusing on cutting edge training for the leaders of tomorrow. Successful completion can open doors to advanced degree options and career advancement!

      The I-LEAD courses are designed to meet the lifestyle requirements of today’s busy urban students with a schedule requiring only 2 evenings a week for the entire program. The curriculum centers around creative, effective, and ethical leadership development. It is designed to prepare students to understand their community better and to facilitate positive change through a “systems” approach.

      I-LEAD staff will be available to guide students through the process of the College Application, the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), plus scholarship and other financial aid opportunities. Support staff will also provide individual and technical assistance throughout the program to ensure the greatest chance of success.

     In addition to the traditional cohort serving adult learners, new cohorts targetting Young Adult (18 - 35 years old) and Bilingual students are now forming.
